Rebecca has a deep love and fascination of nature and plants. She loves to explore, forage and bring recipes alive by wild crafting foods in her herbal kitchen. She shares some of these along her herbalism journey with you on her social media pages.
She believes that herbalism is accessible to anyone who wishes to support their wellness, self-health and healing. The art and science of herbalism can empower people to develop an intrinsic connection with nature and develop a deeper understanding of the innate value of the natural world.
Rebecca develops her own relationship with plants and the natural world which reconnects her to the sustenance and medicine of our ancestors. Developing a growing relationship with plants can lead to a deeper awareness of tending to and stewarding the ecosystems around us.
By studying with The School of Natural Medicine and drawing on centuries of collectively compiled ancestral, traditional, modern and scientific herbal wisdom, Rebecca hopes to use this in her practice of treating clients and in encouraging others to learn more about plants and their benefits.
Herbalism offers many branches from botanical skin care, herbal first aid cabinet, food and drink as medicine, as well preventative and healing treatments for deeper health issues. Rebecca hopes to share more of these branches with you as she develops on her journey.
