Delivery & Returns
Our standard UK delivery charge varies according to your order weight. Orders over £60 will be delivered free of charge.
Providing your items are in stock we will aim to deliver your order within 3-5 days -we will let you know if there are any delays
Depending on your order we may use a few different companies to deliver:
Royal mail, Evri & DPD
If you are in a hurry please call or email your order before midday and clearly mark it is for next day delivery. We will send it guaranteed next day delivery at the current rate of charge.
Orders placed on Friday before midday for Next Day delivery will usually arrive with you on Monday. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday for Next Day delivery will arrive with you on Tuesday.

We hope you are happy with your order. However, if it's faulty or damaged please send it back to us. Please contact us within 24hrs of receipt of your items to inform us that you need to return your item and why. We can offer you a refund, replacement or voucher.

We recommend you obtain proof of postage when returning items to us. In the event of any products being faulty, we will cover all costs of the postage and either refund or exchange the products for you.
If you’re returning an item from overseas because it’s faulty, please contact us on

If you are returning products that are not faulty, then unfortunately we cannot refund the cost of returning the product to us nor the the original postage cost.
We will only refund the cost of the returned items. Before returning any item to us, we do ask that it is in the same condition as when you first bought it.
Please ensure you have taken reasonable care to make certain that it is packaged correctly, returned safely and not damaged in transit. Please include original packaging where possible.
No-One at Home
If there is no one at your delivery address when your order is delivered the postman or courier will leave a card with the contact details on how to retrieve your parcel.
Overseas Delivery Charges
We deliver anywhere in the world but our policy is not to deliver to PO Box addresses, due to courier restrictions.
We will deliver your order via EVRI, Air Mail, UPS, DHL or FEDEX.
Our products are sold in Pounds Sterling on a delivery duty UNPAID basis. The recipient may have to pay import duty or a formal customs entry fee prior to or on delivery.
Additional taxes, fees or levies may apply according to local legislation and customers are advised to check these details themselves before placing the order.
Rebecca Plater is not responsible for any of these charges. If the parcel is returned to us due to unpaid charges only the goods will be refunded not the original delivery charge.
